“A unique mix of technology, old school and Gen.Z Guerrilla Marketing”.
How to increase footfall for a launch or new offer if you have a bricks and mortar business, with Wisper, Shout & Dig.
The Problems
It is so hard to get people to come into your door if you have a bricks and mortar store or shop or pub. You know you need to get more customers to visit your business. The council won’t let you put up signs, billboards are crazy expensive and don’t work. Then, when they do come, it’s even harder to ensure new visitors become good clients. Sometimes they leave and don’t come back and you have no idea why. You know you are based in a busy area, but people stay at home and never even try you out. You have no idea why.
The Solutions
Reverse Graffiti is a totally legal way to use dirty footpaths to advertise your business and get more customers. Your messages can appear overnight in over 50 locations all around your business. That’s 50 times more efficient than a static billboard or poster. When people come, new QR codes get feedback for you to discover what they wanted and then, the same technology is paired with traditional door to door leaflets to ask the people living around you why they haven’t been to see you. The best part… Wisper does it all in one single campaign.

Clients can tell you in secret or leave their name and number
They can even attach a photo to show you what they mean (if they want)

You get an immediate email showing you the contents of feedback

Dig – Why don’t people come to my place?

FAQs
What is the cost of a great local business marketing campaign?
Wisper costs just £249 to set up. Shout costs £950 for up to 50 locations and Dig can be delivered to up to 1,000 local homes for as little as £250. Total cost of a full Wisper Shout and Dig campaign is less than £2,000.
Is reverse graffiti legal?
Some say it is a grey area, but to our knowledge nobody has ever been stopped from cleaning pavements in the UK, provided it is done on public streets a and not private land or property of others.
Is leaflet drop not an old way to market? There must be newer ideas right?
Sometimes traditional ways are best. There is actually no better way to ask your local households why they don’t visit your establishment than to drop a note in their door. Particularly, if you are launching a new item or new service and want to tell LOCAL people about it.
What is the difference between Wisper and Dig? They are the same service, no?
Wisper is a way to ask people that DO come to your premises what they like and don’t like about your services in an anonymous way. A way to get feedback from paying customers. Dig is a way for you to find out why people that live near your business DON’T come. To discover and dig for more information about why they don’t come and what would make them want to visit you. But it is true to say, the way people feedback to you is done via the same QR code and the same forms.
